StudyBae
This project is a full-stack hospital appointment web application built using Next.js for the frontend and Django for the backend. It allows patients to register, log in, and schedule appointments with doctors through a user-friendly interface. Doctors are listed with filters for specialization, availability, and department. Appointments are booked in real time using an interactive calendar system. Patients and doctors have separate dashboards to manage and view their appointments. Hospital staff access an admin panel to oversee user records, doctor schedules, and appointment logs. The Django backend provides a robust REST API and handles data storage, business logic, and authentication. Role-based access control ensures that patients, doctors, and admins have secure and appropriate permissions. The frontend is styled with Tailwind CSS and optimized with server-side rendering from Next.js. This architecture ensures scalability, security, and a smooth user experience for hospital appointment management.
